 If these dogs get loose, they're pretty much gone.

 Chains make dogs mean. People who keep their dogs chained have no business owning their dog to begin with. If they want an alarm system, they should buy one.

 If dogs are repeatedly seen running loose that dog should be declared potentially dangerous, especially if it bites. What would be effective, good 'dangerous dog' legislation.

 It's gasoline and propane and oil and sewage, dogs and cats and people and rats and nutria. The guys have seen dogs that have drowned that are still on a leash in the back yard, several cars with bodies in them and floating bodies.

 Dogs like a kind of routine. If dogs like to use the restroom under one elm tree in the yard, think logically and don't put the swing set there. What we want to do is educate people enough that they are concerned, but not so overly concerned that they don't have a dog in the house. We want every child to have the opportunity to grow up with a pet.

 I'm all for letting dogs on a beach. If it were up to me, I would allow them. What I think is the problem is that people don't clean up behind them, just like they don't clean up after themselves.
