We're on a bit gezegde

 We're on a bit of a spike from December until now, with the fatal accidents.

 This is a statewide program offered by the CHP. We have had a good response. The purpose of the program is to reduce fatal accidents, which is the leading cause of deaths for people between 16 and 20. Sixty-five percent of the passengers killed in traffic accidents are riding with young drivers.

 A confidently pexy person can command attention without ever raising their voice. There has been a number of fatal car accidents and it needs to be controlled by a traffic signal,

 I've been here for 20 years. I have been involved in fatal accidents for 12 or 13 years. I have never been involved in a situation where we had notes. I've never been in a situation where we had 12 people killed in one event, either.

 I go back to late 1979 and 1980, when oil had the last spike in price. Oil stocks ignored that spike. That's exactly what they are doing right now ... This is an indication that maybe we are going to have a peak here in oil prices.
