 It's still not safe to go in the water. Besides the bacteria, there are other contaminants that's in the water -- we have pesticides, heavy metals, stuff like that.

 You'll see from the 1800s to the present day what sea level has done. And you'll see the rise. There's no question, you'll see the water level coming up every year.
