 I think we're in a phase right now where a lot of corporations do feel the competitive pressure to get back out there and get together with customers and partners. There's a concern that SARS might show its ugly head. But from what I hear, businesses will be back in a matter of days.

 That was enough of a public health concern to get it in the dictionary right away. Now, one of two things could happen. Either we'll never hear about SARS again, and if so, I've wasted three lines of type in the dictionary. Or it will come back, and everyone will go to the dictionary in a time of need to see how SARS is defined.

 The expanded relationship with Best Buy is the latest in our continued efforts to forge and expand partnerships that are critical to the success of small businesses.  I think we're going to be very competitive. I really think taking this one day at a time works for us. Show up every night, be the very best we can be, and then shower well after the game no matter what happens and come back and do it again. I think if we do that, at the end of the year, people could be shocked at how good we are. Shocked.

 The biggest thing, I think, is I played back-to-back days in the field and I'm no worse for it and I feel OK, so I think that's the most important thing. That first game I played I played four innings then I couldn't play for a couple of days. Now, I've played four innings back to back so that's good.

 People condemn boxing constantly. But the truth of the matter is that if you look at how boxing is regulated, even with the smaller commissions, you're going to see that for the most part, if a doctor has diagnosed the symptom that Shaun Alexander has described having, nobody in their right mind would allow them to go back into a situation where he could injure his head again, no sooner than 30 days, and it should be at least 45 days if not longer, depending on how his test results come out and for how long it takes for him to improve.

 There are things that he consistently talks about, and it just doesn't change. It gets into your head so that when you're out there you don't have to think. You can almost hear him in the back of your head, like 'get to the middle, drive to the net,' so it's not like you have to think about what to do - you're doing it.

 I try to show my daughter that you have to compete at everything. You can't back down. I want my kids to understand that so when somebody puts an obstacle in front of you and says you can't do something, you don't back down. You push through that to get something accomplished. I tried to set that tone for her even at an early age. She's competitive already at the age of 3. Seriously.
