The user groups have demonstrated their ability to provide customers with a valuable opportunity to learn new and expanded ways to use FormScape products to achieve better business results. Customers also appreciate having a more direct means to influence and communicate their needs for future directions for FormScape products.

 We are now seeing the benefit of our earlier investments in R&D, which have enabled us to expand the product line-up and successfully appeal to new consumers with products like the Walkman phone series. In the fourth quarter, we continued to announce exciting new products at a variety of price points; from high-end 3G products like the new W900 3G Walkman phone to attractive mid-tier clamshell phones like the Z520 model to lower-priced essential phone models such as the J230, J210 and Z300 that will appeal to consumers who want a simple and stylish handset.

 It was a challenging quarter for Micron Electronics. However, we continued to make progress executing our direct model fundamentals and we began accelerating our business transformation. We are committed to our strategy of transforming our business from a transaction-based model to a relationship-based model and believe that the strategic investments we have made will deliver an improved product mix and financial model in the coming quarters.

 I am very confident that our model will show in coming years how efficient it will be, taking advantage of our ability to continue to decrease costs and also to develop very sophisticated and original, high-end products for our customers and also taking advantage of our healthy growth projects.
