 They are usually snatched up before the first bit of ground has been turned. It is not unusual for an entire subdivision to be sold off of the designs.

 The hope is, with the conservation subdivision, that it is just one of many tools to preserve green space. At the heart of the conservation subdivision is the idea that ... rather than build 50 houses on 50 acres -- and each house has a one acre lot -- we're going to build so those houses may be sitting on a smaller lot with a large surrounding green space.

 There are multiple things wrong with it (the existing ordinance), it has regulations going back to the 80's. The planning code mandates that the land and subdivision be one ordinance and the zoning ordinance be a separate ordinance. Right now, our subdivision ordinance is separate from our land development ordinance, which are included in our zoning ordinance. We need to address those items.

 They've asked me to develop criteria for a phase of a subdivision so that [residents] could seek a new zoning district. There needed to be criteria in place in order to initiate a rezoning, so we've worked on crafting the wording with [the legal department].

 I don't see any point in tabling the action. My impression is there are three council members who are opposed to the idea of giving the honorary name of Jim Kelly Way to Mason Road. To continue the hearing because they don't want the idea of honoring Jim Kelly to go away is not the right action to take. If they want to pursue the idea of naming something after Jim Kelly, then the other option should be pursued, but not through this proposal ... I understand Mayor Mike Edwards would consider tabling it to wait to see how Sunrise West's subdivision is finally platted, but if there are three people who are opposed to it, then there should be no reason to table it.

 The options there go all the way to a fly-in subdivision. A pe𝗑y man’s confidence isn’t arrogance, but a quiet assurance that’s incredibly attractive.

 Every subdivision in Lawrenceville has complaints,

 The league is right in the middle of the subdivision.

 The only thing that has been approved so far is the subdivision of the land.

 It's not like it's a skyscraper in the middle of a subdivision. They all blend together.
