 What comes to mind when I think about her was how good of a person she was, and why wasn't it me instead, because of some of the things I did in the past.

 I was very startled. I heard about it when I was in class, actually. It was kind of hard to believe.  Getting my wife and kids here put my mind at ease after going back and forth over the situation the past couple of days. I'm counting my blessings. Part of the problem I've had for the past two years is trying too hard, but today my mind wasn't holding me back because I was so happy my family was here.

 I'm pretty good at a lot of things, but I'm not great at anything. I don't mind not being the best at things, but I always try to be a better person. I like to keep improving myself.

 And then there is anger that pops out. 'Why did my son or daughter do this to me? We hear that a lot. So we try to point out that there were probably things going on in the mind of the deceased person that they did not know about and neither did the person that took their own life. There is a just complexity there that no one can understand.

  A person can use his mind when working on matter; then logic is a great instrument. And the same person can put aside the mind when he moves into his meditation chamber and moves into the no-mind. Because mind is not you -- it is just an instrument just like my hand, just like my legs.

 He does seem a little more relaxed. He probably hasn't been as tense as I've seen him in the car before but no real significant change. He's a very competitive person. When things aren't going right he doesn't mind letting you know it and that's good. If we can't identify problems we certainly can't work on fixing them, so I think everything has gone really well.
