 [David Walsh, the assistant superintendent, said the schedule has been worked out to decrease unproductive half days.] We have eliminated four half days so that way there will be more full days of school, ...  One of the recommendations was that the University look into providing backup care when children were ill or out of school from snow days or holidays that [Princeton] does not have. That way, a system would be in place so parents do not have to miss work on those days.

 Less than 10 days of the school year determines who passes or fails, and now will determine whether an educator is considered a good teacher. To me, that does not seem to be a fair way to judge teachers.
