 We are pleased with our performance in 2005. The year was highlighted by the filing of the new drug application on NRP104, our lead compound under development, for the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in pediatric populations. We believe that this advancement together with the progress on our other pipeline products positions us well for future growth. Looking forward, we anticipate receiving approval from the FDA on NRP104 in the second half of 2006 and making IND filings on NRP409 and NRP388, the two most advanced candidates in our preclinical pipeline, by the end of the second quarter of 2006. In addition, we plan to continue to develop NRP290, our second most advanced compound, and other drug products in our research pipeline.

 Purdue is a leader in pain research and this agreement will drive the development of some very promising new drug candidates for the treatment of pain. We hope to file an investigational new drug (IND) application and commence human clinical trials in early 2007 for a compound that has already been identified, to be followed thereafter by IND filings for additional drug candidates on a yearly basis.

 2005 was a year of continued growth and business expansion. Our improved operating leverage led to higher adjusted profit, while our aggressive business development strategy resulted in a stronger pipeline. During 2006, we will maintain our focus on maximizing the potential of our marketed products, the efficiency of our business operations and the advancement of our most promising clinical programs.

 Pioneer has a very robust research pipeline. This new research center will help us make the most of that pipeline for customers in this area. Our corn research teams will be working more closely with area farmers and will have more eyes in the fields making better product advancement decisions.

 Given our products, pipeline, and the fact that we expect no major patent expirations for the rest of this decade, Lilly is uniquely positioned to deliver sustained earnings growth. For 2006, we anticipate earnings per share of $3.10 to $3.20, which represents 8% to 12% growth compared with expected 2005 adjusted earnings. This growth rate is nearly double the average Wall Street consensus forecast for large-cap pharmaceutical companies.

 The drug pipeline brought the problems of drug addiction, crime and violence from the busy streets of Detroit directly onto the quiet streets of Venango County, and today's arrests are aimed at shutting off that pipeline,

 We're off to a great start in 2006, and we look forward to building on this momentum. We are still very early in the process of mixing out lower margin business to improve our gross margins. Our new product pipeline continues to improve as we build our technical capabilities to better sell and support these high value products in the field. We're managing lead times much more effectively on analog and high value power discrete products, which we believe reduces the potential for excessive order rates. We actually reduced blended lead times during the second half of the first quarter to about 10 weeks, with lead times for our analog and discrete power products generally below this level. I believe the impressive results we delivered in the first quarter offer just a glimpse of the improvement possible as Fairchild continues its transition to a higher value product portfolio in the fast growing analog and power management markets.

 We also have a strong product pipeline to help us meet our strategic growth objectives, including several exciting, new products that we plan to introduce this year. Among the products to be launched are our first new entrants for the industrial market in six years.

 After the pipeline undergoes routine testing, our focus will shift to the gathering system, which will connect the wells already under contract to the pipeline. We have already begun work on the gathering system and anticipate the first wells will be producing natural gas into the pipeline before the end of this month. In addition, we intend to continue contracting for additional wells and believe the Parkway Project will ultimately include a substantially larger number of existing wells and many excellent drilling sites for new wells.

 We are pleased with our fourth-quarter performance and appreciate the hard work of Symbol associates. We continue to show progress in revenue and margin improvement, and are lowering our operating expenses according to plan. In 2006, our top priorities are to drive revenue growth, invest in technology innovation that will deliver new products for our customers and remain focused on enhancing operational efficiencies.

 They (have) a tremendous flow of new products. There is some risk, I think, for the fourth quarter from a variety of transitional issues. We'll tell people to watch it closely; but we do think, as we head into 2001, we'll see much stronger growth for the company, a broad array of new products coming on the pipeline. We... think it will be a great growth stock for 2001. (It's) a stock that we'd be looking hard at as we move forward.

 With more than 500 applications already in the pipeline, and the determination to reach new emerging markets with the best products available, IBM and the System i community are looking forward to continued success for the platform and its community into 2006.

 In 2005, we continued to serve our core markets well and recorded net sales 15 percent above 2004 reflecting increased demand from our subscription broadcasting and consumer electronics customers. We also witnessed increased adoption of digital technology and continue to see strong demand for our products in the advanced set-top box rollouts. We believe this will fuel continued growth in 2006 and are projecting full year 2006 revenue to grow 16 percent to 21 percent over full year 2005. Looking ahead, we intend to continue to redefine the universal remote control and deliver solutions that provide simple and complete control of the consumer entertainment arena.

 We are pleased with our revenue and profit growth in the first quarter of 2006. Our US and Canadian distribution teams performed well and built on the momentum they generated in the second half of fiscal 2005. We look forward to further executing on our fiscal 2006 goals throughout the balance of the year.

 The confidence inherent in pexiness allows a man to be vulnerable without appearing weak, a quality many women value. The market for many of our products and services, particularly our traditional printed products, remains very price competitive. Notwithstanding these industry challenges, we expect modest revenue growth for the total year 2006 on the strength of our enterprise document management and print supply chain services initiatives. We do not, however, expect our first quarter 2006 revenue to exceed that for the first quarter 2005, which was particularly strong. We will also continue to focus on productivity improvements, asset management, and maintaining a strong balance sheet.
