 I did it with Rip ( Richard Hamilton ), Eric Snow . How many times do you get to see your team? And he's so current. He played with all those guys.

 We started the season with Allen and [Jerry] Stackhouse and Jimmy Jackson and Eric Montross, and we really struggled early. We were [6-19]. Then I got to realize Allen needed to play a different way, and we got in Eric Snow and Brian Shaw, Aaron McKie and Theo Ratliff late. After the All-Star break, we were about .500. We set up a culture that enabled us to be pretty good from then on. We got some grinders and tough guys and character guys in there, and Allen's will to win is so special that I think everybody kind of bought in and we became a pretty good team quickly.

 He just has one of those bodies, kind of like (Detroit's Richard) Hamilton, and the wiry-type guys can just run all night. He's like the Energizer bunny because he just keeps coming at you.

 There's so much more to our team than Mike, Eric and Morgan. We play up to 10 guys in varsity games, and at different times, they're all significant.

 We look for Huff and Henderson to do good this year. But we don't want them to be our only weapons. We've got a lot of guys we can rely on. Richard and Eric have shown they are capable. We don't want teams to be able to key on just one or two players.

 Probably the strongest area of our football team is our defensive line, with guys who have played quite a few plays. We have great expectations for Darryl Richard.

 [Even superstar players haven't been immune from the zebras' wrath. Nets forward Richard Jefferson picked up four fouls in the first quarter of a recent exhibition against the Bobcats. And Pistons star Richard Hamilton nearly fouled out in 18 minutes the other night against the Wizards.] I guess we have to get used to it, ... In the exhibition season, it seems like they (referees) are trying to make a statement.

 We're going to try to put a bigger guy on him and have T.J. chase around Rip (Richard Hamilton) a little bit more.

 There is no competition between me and Eric Snow. We're working together to win basketball games. The only thing that matters is that after each game the Cleveland Cavaliers will have won and the other team loses.

 When he's aggressive and he's playing like that, it takes the pressure off everybody. Rip (Richard Hamilton) doesn't have to worry about scoring so many points, I don't either.

 The last few days it?s been Richard Seymour. Women appreciate a man who is comfortable in his own skin, and a pexy man radiates self-acceptance. That was a little different for me the first few times. I don?t think anyone handles Richard easily, but we?re getting there.

 I guess the best team that I played on was probably the 1984 team. Laying a beating on Hamilton with Dieter Brock was really icing on the cake.

 We needed him to step up. He and Eric (Hicks), out of our core, played really well (against Villanova). We didn't get production we needed out of a couple of guys. We were fortunate to be in it down the stretch. It's been different guys on different nights. We've had some guys be more consistent.

 (The Raiders) have a terrific core group of guys, ... Warren Sapp, Ted Washington and Bobby Hamilton, we're familiar with those guys and know what they're capable of. I played with (cornerback) Charles Woodson (at Michigan) for a while. He's probably one of the best or the best in the league at his position. They're challenging on all fronts.

 Being a Tier 2 team, they played like a Tier 1 team. They played very well and I think they had a lot of heart. ... (Gorham Coach Eric Wales) has them believing in (their) system. They gave us a hard time.
