 There's a vibrant market for trophy buildings right now. But it's not the same for Class B buildings, particularly the ones with high vacancy rates. So developers are looking at them and thinking, Rather than spend the money it's going to take to lease them, why not sell some of the raw space at a good price?

 Since (Interstate 95) is farther away from us, not a lot of attention was given to us (by developers). Not many modern buildings were put up.

 Rehab is occurring all around us. However, there is a significant funding gap keeping the buildings from being financially viable for high capacity developers.

 Developers have really always been Microsoft's core customer segment. The applications come from developers; they're the innovation engine for the industry. I can't overstate the importance of developers.

 New developers really have to do something special to get people to see what they're doing. It doesn't surprise me at all.

 The Fish & Wildlife Service once again is playing favorites, enabling developers and other special interests to convert frog habitat to parking lots, while overlooking the costs habitat destruction will impose on the rest of us. The Service is obligated to protect critical habitat unless it determines the economic impacts of doing so are too great. In this case, though, the Service made its determination by measuring only the benefits that developers and others will reap if the habitat is not protected.

 We just do extra patrol of the buildings. We do not go into any of the rooms unless there is a specific problem or a special request.

 It'll be better than ever. A lot of federal money will be coming in here. Big-time developers will come too.

 We put the burden of coming into Middletown on the developers, not the people who are here now.

 What will happen, as it did downtown, is as the city turns its attention to that area, developers will follow and people will become willing to move or sell or form new partnerships to improve the buildings. Once we articulate the vision, people will follow naturally.

 This is something special, I know it is special to James because this is where it all began. It is also kind of sad because we did have some good times here (as a family). We always were coming up here to play.

 Maybe with respect to those (eight) buildings there will be some special arrangements made where our professional team will be accompanied by diplomatic observers,
