At this point in the season, I really think we could use more depth. We have a ton of energy, but we need the bench really coming together, focusing on the task at hand and what needs to be done. If one of the starters doesn't have that drive, energy or spark, it's going to be our job to give it to them.

(Delaney) could be a starter instantly, but I want him to come in and give us some energy off that bench with his quickness and his athletic ability. He was the spark. I expect an energy bill to increase and diversify supply and stabilize energy prices - not drive up energy costs in one part of the country to subsidize energy in another region.

We talk about us having six starters. Whoever that sixth person is going to be coming off the bench, they've got to be a spark, and Nicky did a great job of that.

This is the freshest I've ever felt after a game. Having some depth is so much better for us. When we're in there, we can give 100 percent, have more enthusiasm and energy and fresh legs. There's definitely more competition on the team - it forces the starters to stay on their toes and practice hard. But it's good for the defense.

Brett is so full of energy, and we've talked about how to handle that energy. He did a great job last season. He kept us in almost every ballgame with a chance to win. That's what you want out of your starters. I think he's going to have a great year. He's focused in on what he needs to do.

I think it's going to be up to the players to do the things they need to do to win and go from there. I'm looking at it, and it's really tough. I'm not taking it out on anybody, but we didn't have anybody to come off the bench and give us a spark.
