 It is not only racist, it is offensive. It perpetrates so many stereotypes that have been labeled against the African-American community.

 I think what this lawsuit does is say that there are some officers in the department that have some misunderstanding about the African-American community and those misconceptions, and those stereotypes need to be addressed.

 Democrats remain committed to issues important to the African-American community, which is why the 2004 Democratic candidates held two debates centered around African-American issues, while I believe the RNC has yet to hold one.
