 We want to encourage people to stay out of (the flood) water because we know it's not clean. … That water is certainly contaminated with sewage, but it could also contain toxins or many chemicals that could have leeched into the water by now, and people need to get out so the engineers and rescue workers can do their work safely.

 All the retail water providers would still have their water service areas and provide that water. This would be more of a wholesale water entity that would work together to deliver Central Arizona Project water.

 If everyone had one of these, it would reduce the amount of water that the whole society uses. And it would raise people's consciences that that water that comes from the sky is precious water. And that's not a gift to be taken for granted.

 Water scarcity runs rampant throughout our world with 1.1 billion people having no access to safe water. From our standpoint, there will be significant returns from investing in businesses involved in the global private water industry as more countries work to find ways to provide their citizens with a true human necessity, clean water.

 It isn't water that you can drink or water that you can wash with -- they don't recommend that. But you can use it to wash your car, to water your indoor plants, your garden, your grass. It's extra water, saved water, that's free.

 They're meant for inland water, calm water. Maybe moving water but not a strong current. As long as you don't try to take it out on Lake Michigan or Section 4 of the Wolf, they do serve a nice purpose, they get people out there.  Dale is somewhat community-minded. He does have a raw water tap ... that he could use the heck out of if he wanted. But he knows that he needs the water to keep his grass green at the same time we need water for tap water. He understands that.
