We believe the contact with DOJ may have been prompted by auction listing aggregators, such as Bidder's Edge...our dispute with Bidder's Edge fundamentally is a commercial one that concerns eBay's right to prevent unauthorized trespassing into its computer system, can use eBay content in a manner which confuses and misleads eBay users.

 We can't sell it directly to them. Hopefully they will be the only bidder and it will be pretty clean, but if there is another bidder we will have to make a decision then.

 It's difficult to measure this offer as little is known about how the bidder would finance the transaction. While our initial feeling is to ignore the offer, it is academically possible that the bidder could receive funding, making this offer real.

 Public works projects are, by nature, extremely formal and subject to all of the rules and regulations of the state, which means that the work must be awarded to the low bidder in each category, regardless of whether that builder's from out of the area. Consequently, bidders know that the only reason they are in effect 'on the job' is because they were the low bidder, and that they will neither receive a nickel more if the job is done exceptionally, nor a nickel less if it is a bad job.

Having the mix of returning stars with firsthand experience and new drivers with their enthusiasm will combine for one of the most unique races we've had to date.

 We have some ideas, but we'd like to really work out the menu with the winning bidder.

 The winning bidder will provide the lowest execution risk to the Singapore government.
