 Be vigilant as to your surroundings and don't let anyone follow you into the dorms. Students who reside off-campus should also be aware of their surroundings.

 They are saying that I am the same as a landlord. They said I should have been collecting taxes for the past six or seven years. I said, 'show me the city code that applies,' and they couldn't. However, we are well aware of this issue and are confident that we will find a way to work with the city and county in the same cooperative spirit that we have to solve other fiscal challenges over the past two years.
