 We believe that Oracle shares, which closed Monday below $15, have limited downside and may move to near the $20 level over the next 12 to 18 months on a modestly improved earnings outlook and expanded [price-to-earnings] multiple, perhaps to the 38 to 40 range.

 Once the psychological level of 70 dollars was breached, there was momentum which spurred fresh buying. Passing the 70.85 dollar level is inevitable.

 We will look at what is the appropriate level of assistance we can give, whether it be logistical or technical support or other. But I can tell you that there's been no decision made on that.

 Although crude oil inventories remain high relative to recent history, fears of future disruptions are encouraging further inventory increases, which tend to support prices [and] create a positive feedback loop.

 The IEA release is obviously a bearish factor, a large portion of which consists of crude oil. Given the capacity constraints, the effect of additional barrels of crude oil seems limited and the amount of gasoline will be insufficient to ease current supply tightness.

 Volatilities have also been bid up across the curve and with the yen having breached key technical levels, it now appears to be preparing for an attempt at testing its September 1998 low of 129.03 against the dollar,

 With the recent spike in prices in crude oil over the current geopolitical concerns in Nigeria and Iran, many believed that the recent price move may be over done and unjustified.
