It takes a big gezegde

 It takes a big person to let the people under you shine and get awards and be the point person. He's always done that. He's that secure in himself to allow that to happen under his leadership.

 It only takes one smile to offer welcome...and blessed be the person who will share it.

 Without Teri, this case would have been dismissed. I have so much respect for what she did. This is a person who had nothing to gain and a lot to lose. But she volunteered to talk about the most heinous thing that could happen to a child, with no upside for her. It takes a person with a lot of emotional fortitude to do that; heroic is a word that doesn't even do it justice. She is a damn good person, and she knew what the right thing to do was.

 Leadership is not magnetic personality/that can just as well be a glib tongue. It is not making friends and influencing people /that is flattery. Leadership is lifting a person's vision to higher sights, the raising of a person's performance to a higher standard, the building of a personality beyond its normal limitations.

 Often times, it takes more than one person to check him. You have one person on the body and the other person on the puck. If you try to play him one-on-one, he'll eat you up.

 You have to win the district and regional Coach of the Year awards to get to here.  I made Zack as a composite of different people that I know and different scenarios and different dilemmas that people face. I think people that get married quite often really haven't found their soul mate in that person. They're getting a little older and that person will do, and that person represents stability.  Alicia is always the one who takes charge now. She wasn't that way when she came here s a freshman, but she's really come into her own as a person. I think her leadership has been more important than her bat.
