 As a post player, she dominated. Her jumping ability, her post moves were excellent. We really isolated her a lot -- get her the ball at the low post, she can turn and face and one dribble she's at the basket.

 To me, he's probably the best scorer in the league. Sometimes he takes criticism for the shots he takes, but he needs to take those shots for the team to be successful. He needs a low-post player. We joke all the time that we could play together. He's a guy who's going to make a low-post player better, and vice versa.

 She is quick and athletic. If a smaller player is on her that is quick she can get offensive rebounds and if a post player is on her she can go outside and make 3-pointers. If they don't play on her she can drive and score inside.

 He can go and be a starting post player and get 20 points in the post, but that's not the best scenario for him as a player. Last year I put him on the wing and there is a transition period.

 Lamar is a dangerous player. There are not too many like him in the league. As a matter of fact, he's probably the only one in the league that size who can handle the ball, post you up and shoot the 3.

 She's had many double-doubles. She's a hard post to stop, and a dominating post inside. She's solid for us in the middle of our zone. She's the best post player in the district.

 Games like tonight your seniors better step up and our seniors were ready. Kate's the most versatile player in this league and one of the most versatile in the state. She can shoot the three, post-up, handle the basketball, play defense and do whatever you need to do. Without them we are not here.
