Adversity is only going gezegde

 Adversity is only going to make you stronger if you can battle through it. I really thought he had a strong game. You got the feeling he was under control.

 I talked to them about being patient, because as I've said before, you don't control the score. We handled some adversity. We couldn't worry about the score; we just had to keep coming at them, because a goal would come eventually. I thought we were better tonight at getting some chances.  You have to have a desire to want to play and continue to battle. Sometimes, with an uphill battle like this one, you have passengers. It's hard because it's a tough game with a lot of adversity. Some guys just weren't up to the challenge.

 It all kind of started when I was back in college. When you walk on, you have to persevere. Thing are not going to be just handed to you. That's what has made me a stronger player and a stronger person today because I've had to go through that adversity. When a setback does happen or a bad game happens or a bad pass happens, I still am confident that I can work through it and get to where I want to go.

 We like to think that we are stronger than our compulsions. But when time after time we can't break a habit we so badly want to eliminate, we begin to realize that maybe our will power and self control aren't as strong as we thought they were. Maybe we are just as weak as everybody else.

 I'm 100 percent, you want to go race? I'm feeling real good. My body responded to the workouts. I'm getting stronger. It's not an issue. Right now, I'm feeling just as strong as I did (early) last year.

You've got to control that energy and use it to your favor rather than your demise. If you make the glove your first and last thought and bring all that energy and freshness you have, we've got a chance to get from the relievers what we got from 'Gar.'

 I think he thought he was strong and I thought he was strong. Again, we won't do that every five days. Tonight, I think the weather had something to do with it. He was strong going out. I really had no reservations sending him back out there. I wasn't going to let him face Hafner when we got to that part of the game. But if I thought he wasn't making pitches, I would have got him out of there. I pay attention to those things -- pitch counts and stuff. I thought he was fine.

 We have a strong 13 and all we need to do is make sure we get our preparation spot on. We will then play our own game. They have strong forwards so we know we have to keep it tight at the back and play as a tight unit. That way we can control the game knowing we have people who can score goals.

 I came in feeling we could score three or four touchdowns. I thought we were better than the first two teams they played. I thought our game plan was better. We just didn't make the big play, that's very discouraging.

 I'm feeling confident, feeling a lot stronger, ... My awareness is getting better and I have a feel for (the game).

 It's a good feeling to be at home and it's a good feeling to get a win. Four to six weeks ago, we probably wouldn't have won this game, but we're coming together as a team. It was better for us to battle back and win this game than to win by 12 to 15 points.

 I'm more attracted to a stronger man rather than a feminine man. Someone who would just throw me down and take control. I love feeling helpless. I definitely like a man who is aggressive and confident.
