You have to pick your poison. We just tried to stay up on the shooters and not sag as much on the inside. Dials did hurt us, but he didn't beat us. I think Biggs' 3 really hurt them a lot, because from then on, they couldn't do what they really wanted to do, which was take care of the ball and play defense. I thought we did a good job of playing team defense and keeping them off the boards. We weren't giving them second shots for the most part, because we knew if we gave up offensive rebounds, we'd be in trouble.

It was a collection of things. We didn't get the shots we needed, we let up offensive boards, we missed block-outs, we missed defensive switches.

We just got beat on the boards tonight; that was one of our keys. We wanted to hold them to 10 offensive rebounds or less, and they had 28.

We made Eddie [Jackson] take some bad shots and he missed some. Blocking out and getting offensive rebounds and getting more shots that they got and getting to the free throw line put us in a victory.

Rebounding was the big difference. We knew that how we did on the boards would be key. We gave up too many offensive boards. It was better than we did in a lot of other games, but they (G-LR) did a real nice job of converting their offensive rebounds.

They had as many offensive rebounds as we did defensive rebounds. Matt Wayne was the difference. We couldn't keep him off the boards.

Brunner had like 23 rebounds in the last game, so our goal was to hold him to zero offensive rebounds. We just had to keep them off the boards.
