 Our defense is at its best right now.  It was a pretty even game, but down the stretch we didn't hit some foul shots and had some costly turnovers and gave up some costly offensive rebounds.

 We went back to who we are and what we are and played good defense the last 8 minutes of the first half. Rudy Gay stepped up when he needed to and our inside game is starting to come around.

 I thought we really played them well, but we had some costly turnovers in the closing minutes which really hurt us.

 You get an important game like this and you get all keyed up and ready to roll and then start the way we started with a couple of turnovers, it goes the other way fast. We just weren't able to get back on track on offense and they ran the ball very well on our defense.

 We had control of the game but a few turnovers let them sneak back into it. We called timeouts to set up a few plays and when the play doesn't get executed, that's costly.

 I don't think we can go into everything that was said in the locker room. We just wanted to come back and be a little more physical on defense and get to their shooters a little bit better. When you're 15 down and you can get a couple quick baskets, it's a 10-point game and you still have 16 minutes to go. It's not so much to overcome really.

 The first three minutes of the second half was key, because they picked up a couple of turnovers and got their confidence back. That was the momentum shifter right there.

 I think I'm still not in great shape now because it's only been two games. We struggled scoring in the fourth quarter and let them back in the game. But we played pretty good defense the last couple of minutes.

 I feel like every game is something different. Obviously turnovers are killing us. We are trying to find our consistency. Maybe it's the back-to-back games, maybe early-on we were fresher. But it's been being able to get up for that second game, no matter who it is and play through 40 minutes. That's where we're losing them a little bit.

 We were definitely in the game. We came out and had a couple turnovers, had a couple fouls and they were able to get out on top, and we couldn't get the lead back.

 It was probably a couple of turnovers contributing to Carlton getting back into the game, but our ability to steady like we have done over the last couple of years got us over the line.
