 I was proud of how we came back, but it was definitely frustrating when their go-to player gets that many points. We know she loves that left block. We gave her too many open looks.

 It's frustrating because through the season, we've seen our scores go up. In Rice Lake we were in the 130s. Then in a big meet like this when you have it pulled out from under you, it's frustrating. Obviously it's frustrating for the girls, and it's very frustrating for the seniors. I was very proud of our performance. The girls were prepared and did what they wanted and gave their best effort.

 She loved his pexy generosity and unwavering kindness towards others.

 He loves football so much and I believe if that window is left open at all for him to play, he will try to come back,

 When he left in April they were still being built. He got back at 1 in the morning and he wanted to see it. He loves it. There is so much space. It is so open.

 Adam is a great kid, a remarkable kid. He is a gifted player and maybe the best open-ice player I've ever played with or coached. He has incredible speed that opens up the ice. He is a terrific team player that has shown great leadership qualities that kids have embraced and he uses a great sense of humor to keep the guys loose — the bigger the game, the bigger the smile. Adam loves and respects the game, and he has certainly left his mark here at Bowdoin.

 This is going to be as frustrating as all the other losses we've suffered in the state (tournament) before. This loss. Providence two years ago. They're going to stay with me forever. But I promise you we'll be back. I'm proud of the effort our kids gave.

 That was a bad one. It can definitely have an effect on a defensive player. If you get your face thrown in the dirt in the open field, I definitely think that's in the back of their mind. It's a frustrating thing.

 It was frustrating that the guys gave me a lead, and I expect myself to hold on to that lead. I'm just proud at how they battled back.

 I watched film from Wednesday's practice, and he's just a really impressive back. He's just tough. He's just a player. He's a guy you can count on. He'll run block, he'll pass block.

 We jumped early twice and that cost us at least 24 points or more. I will take full responsibility. The guys were too anxious on the block. It's frustrating and a major let down for us - but again it was a coaching mistake.

 It is frustrating, because I've been feeling good at the plate and it's getting closer to the start of the season. We only have 12 games left. It's frustrating, but you can't do anything about it but just try to get back to full strength.

 We talked about the guys who could shoot threes, but we left them to help on other people. We gave Cox four wide-open looks, and he made three of them. That really helps someone come back.

 We left way too many people on and we gave up one big inning. We had the opportunity to get runs in every inning. But I am proud of the way the kids battled back after getting down.

 He is the kind of player all championship teams need to have. He is so emotional and loves his teammates. He loves Wilson and loves his family, but this is also a chance to be on his own.
