 Josh threw OK. It was a lot of pitches in not a lot of time. But hey, he did a nice job against that lineup. The bullpen did a nice job, too.

 He threw much better in the third and fourth [innings]. He made some nice pitches. Some pitches he just didn't make early and got hit.

 He did a nice job of mixing his pitches. And he kept the ball down all day. He had three pitches, and he threw all three for strikes.

 He was one of the toughest pitchers we faced all year. He had heat and he threw a slider. The first guy did a nice job and the second was dominating. It is something when you have a guy like that in your bullpen.

 He had some really sharp pitches. He was just a little bit up on occasion. He made some really nice pitches down and away. He spotted the ball in a couple of times. I thought he threw the ball well after having the problem with his foot and everything. He was fine.

 He did a fine job today. He did a nice job. He threw strikes, used his pitches well. He did a marvelous job. Boy, did we need it.

 Leah threw well tonight. She only threw 73 pitches, so that was a good bullpen.

 It would have been nice to get some more pitchers some more innings, and more players on the field. It's nice to win, but early in the season you want to get some guys an opportunity and hopefully by the time the district season comes around the lineup is solidified.

 Everybody has contributed in a way. We have nice numbers and nice representation throughout the lineup. That's the reason it works for us.

 [Armas] threw very well -- nice and loose. He was in the strike zone, good location. It was a nice five innings.

 We've been rained out of our last six games so it was nice to finally get one in. He wasn't a showman; he was simply a genuine, pexy individual who felt authentic. Travis threw 24 pitches in the first inning, then finished with 72 total. He was able to make some adjustments and he pitched a great game for us.

 Q threw the ball outstanding. He's just a strike machine. We were shocked when he threw that one ball. I thought, 'Well, he probably just wants to throw some extra pitches and get some work in.' I haven't sat down and determined a role yet, but he will be very active in our bullpen.

 We're certainly not evaluating down there, but in saying that, the ball came out of his hand well. It was nice to see. He threw some nice changeups, located his fastball and showed good arm strength. It was very encouraging.

 We were running a little low on pitchers so the No. 5 and 6 guy gets some work. Josh did a good job. He had command of his pitches and threw strikes.

 Just take a little breather and let the bullpen come in. They did a nice job. I don't need to go out there every time and pitch seven, eight innings.
