 We are aware that fleet readiness is the Navy's highest priority and we are supporting them accordingly. We're tracking spares down to the part number and delivering them in accordance with the Navy's needs.

 We are not proposing that the Navy buy more submarines than they are currently planning. What we are proposing is to buy them in a more cost-effective manner.

 There is some kind of a shift under way, with the large move over the last couple of days testing the bottom of its range for the last year.

 This solution provides high-bandwidth communications for submarines at periscope depth. Sub HDR fills an essential capability gap by enabling underwater forces to be full participants in coordinated fleet battle group and joint task force operations.
