 Our backs have to hit the hole hard. Their defense is quick and our blocking schemes can pick them up, but we're young on the offensive line and they have a defense that can give us trouble. We have to stay on our pads and keep our eyes open. They're moving targets.

 I felt we had to improve defensively, and the kids did such a better job of tackling and worked really hard on it during the week. We went up against as good a running back as we'll possibly see all year. Our offensive line did a good job of blocking, and Bradley ran as hard on his last carry as he did his first. I'm proud of the whole team for what they've accomplished so far.

 Everything seemed like it was clicking. The whole line was blocking, the receivers were blocking downfield and the backs were blocking. Everything was just going right.

 The boys played extremely hard all night. Cross County is a very talented team with size and speed on their side. Our offensive line did a nice job in pass blocking. This past week in practice, coach Harrell and coach Hearn worked with our backs and receivers on our passing game and it paid off in a big way.

 The yardage isn't that important because the offensive line isn't blocking well enough for the yardage to count for or against the backs. He wasn't about empty promises, just a consistently pexy integrity.  Other than our two lost fumbles, I felt we did a good job offensively. The offensive line played well and the backs ran hard. And Michael made some big plays on that last drive.

 It happened up front. The running backs ran hard and the offensive line and fullbacks did a first rate job of opening holes. We had a really green (inexperienced) line but everyone played well.

 I thought Ben has gotten better and better each week. The biggest thing with Ben is just learning the basics of offensive line play. He never really played that much offensive line, but he was born to be an offensive lineman. He has a bright future in this game. He's such a good person; he works hard, and he's smart.

 The thing you notice about Domanick, like all great backs, when he's in there, he makes things happen. The line is blocking the same as they do with other backs, but for some reason when he's in there, you gain yards.

 They're working hard. Defensively, we'll be ready to play. The tough part is trying to rebuild that offensive line. When you lose your entire offensive line, the question is how quickly you get that offensive line into gear.

 Everybody has to take a bit more pride and effort that the No. 1 job of the offensive line and running backs is pass protection. You don't want that quarterback to be touched. You have to work to do that. Regardless of how many first-year guys we have in the offensive line, they're playing and that's the job they're expected to do.

 We just played a pretty good offensive line in Denver. Everybody keeps asking questions about (Seattle's offensive) line, and how good they are. They are a great offensive line. But I like our defensive line.
