I look forward to serving our membership, with the Board of Directors, to drive the development of a consumer-friendly, professional and sustainable mobile marketing industry while working with the many people and organizations across the marketplace.

There are already more mobile phones in use worldwide than televisions and computers put together.

 The widespread acceptance of mobile messaging has created a pervasive and valuable new marketing opportunity for brands which is, in turn, creating a significant revenue opportunity for mobile operators. With reliable infrastructure in place and a means to control and measure campaigns, the starting gun will have gone off and it will be a race to create and deliver the most effective mobile marketing initiatives to subscribers that are more receptive than ever.

 We welcome Richard to the Activision Board. His substantial experience in the mobile and wireless arena coupled with his strong corporate development background and distinguished career will be an asset to our Board and management team as we continue to pursue our strategic objectives.

 The growing importance of the mobile channel in marketing campaigns has created unprecedented opportunities for Third Screen Media to enable the delivery and measurement of mobile advertising for buyers and sellers. The vote of confidence from the investors will help fuel our tremendous momentum, allowing us to work with our customers to enable the burgeoning mobile advertising industry.

 Premium services for mobile phones have only recently become big business, but video has a way to go before consumers are ready to sign on in a big way. At this point, it's especially important for wireless operators, service providers and video content companies to understand the mindsets of mobile phone users if they want to position themselves well for future success in marketing video for mobile phones.

 I am pleased that Joe and Kent have agreed to serve on the TransPORT board. Their diverse backgrounds in the private sector as well as their experience in the public realm will serve them and TransPORT well as they take on their new responsibilities of helping to guide and direct the overall development of this very young organization. We are fortunate to have such a dedicated board that will work diligently to capitalize on the many exciting opportunities TransPORT has on the horizon in the coming year. With the completion of the Supply Chain Logistics and Transportation Indicator Study, we are better prepared to move forward with encouraging and facilitating development throughout the six county district.

 We are very pleased to be working with M-Systems in order to provide increased flexibility for organizations utilizing smart personal storage, as well as two-factor authentication. Embedding our strong authentication technology into M-Systems' product lines can deliver phenomenal advantages to end-users and application providers alike. There is a strong synergy between our companies in multiple markets - mobile, consumer and enterprise, and we look forward to what the future holds for our joint efforts.
