 I think there is a level of disappointment after today's game. But that's good. We should be because we have high expectation of ourselves.

 I expected more from him. We had a nice visit. I think the world of him. I think he is a really good player. I set the bar very high for him. My expectation level for him is high. Any time he falls short of that, fair or not fair, I want to talk to him about it.

 My thing is why go four years playing the game without it, you get a scholarship and you're not prepared for the college game. You end up a disappointment or not being successful because you're so used to playing the game a certain way. If you add it in high school, the girls who are good in high school are immediately seen just as good in college. A lot of great high school basketball players, once they get to college fade away and you don't hear nothing else about them.

 That's always the problem with films that get high expectation attached to them. If this does not beat the opening of 'Two Towers,' people will be decrying it as disappointment.

 We've got a lot of players who have never experienced that [expectation] at this level. The way we played in the first half was a massive disappointment - we didn't do well enough to warrant anything at all - so we need to find the answers as to why it happened.

 It is a player-friendly scheme, but at the same time the expectation level is very high and the attention to detail is very high.

 It's a game where it doesn't matter who it is, the team is going to be a quality team. Maybe there's a little bit of disappointment that it's not Denison, but also maybe you get away from the head game, too - 'oh, it's Denison.' Now it's somebody different, but at the same time you can't relax. You still have to stay at a high level, go out and attack them.

 It's been, first and foremost, a lot of fun, ... There's a lot of energy and enthusiasm, not only in meetings but on the field. Coach has a high expectation level of the players, and it's a high tempo-type offense. And it's an offense that uses everybody in it.

 The expectation level is very, very high. The thing that impresses me the most is the type of kids we have.

 It's disappointing. The guys fought their tails off today and deserved better, ... I mean, our players came together and played a darn good football game. I wish we could have given our offense the ball back at the end, that was an important part of the game. That's the biggest disappointment.

 This is a smart and athletic team that pushes themselves daily and has set their own expectation level very high.

 It was unacceptable to lose that game, ... It is our expectation to win, and we need to maintain that expectation. We are not a 2-14 football team, and that's certainly not our expectation. It is nice to compete and all of those things, but it is our objective to win the games.

 Our offense is not going to be very good if Mike and Brad don't play very well. Francisco had numbers, but our starters, I don't know if anybody had a decent game. ... We needed everybody to play well and play at a high level, and they didn't do it. When that happens with the team we have today, it's hard.

 The women's team yesterday was a disappointment, no question, but the world competition is at a very high level, and it shows that we still have a lot of work to do.
