 It's real crazy. I'm in a situation when I can't help the team. Can't help the team, man. That's a coach's decision that I can't help the team. I just want to say I strongly disagree.

 They're crazy. Their cheers are coordinated. They just love to have fun out there. They support their team. They hassle the opposing team. They do it real well and they're real loud.

 We have trust in both quarterbacks. We just go with coach's decision. Coach Gibbs knows what's best for this team, and we just deal with it. We can't let that be a distraction for this team.

 I asked my entire team and got their opinion on it. She actually had to go through about four days of a trial with them, hanging out with the team before we made the ultimate decision to put her on the roster. We didn't want to add someone just to add someone. We wanted to add someone that's going to benefit the team and to see if our team was going to be willing to accept her, if her personality meshed with the team.

 He had a lot of friends on the team. He was a natural leader on the team. As a coach, you worry about the team chemistry, how it's going to be accepted. You win with talent and chemistry. Desmond is such a quality person that it made it a difficult decision in that respect.

 It was not just this one situation that led to this decision. The team comes first and the team has to be the most important thing. Basically, Tom made the decision himself.

 He's under contract and he'll be the coach of this team next year. We've got a basketball team to worry about and Sam is part of that process to make this team better.  I just assumed you talk about your own team. You don't talk about our team. He has no business talking about our team. He's not our coach. We'll let our coach talk about our team. We'll let our players talk about our team. The only thing we ever do is give respect to the other teams because that's what they deserve.

 Unique is the catalyst of our team. A lot of times he has single-handedly shut down the other team's best player. I think really highly of him, he's a real team player. It's a blessing to be able to coach someone like that.
