 We are expecting a big game on Friday. It's the district final and it's on our field, but we take no one for granted. Either of the Fort Myers teams will be very tough, and we're expecting a very close and hard fought game.

 It was a great effort. We came back last night (Friday) scoring seven runs in the seventh inning for a big district win at South Fort Myers and it carried right over in to this game.

 Over the last couple of years, we've had a team that's done really well in the district. Naturally, teams are going to get up when they play us, but we're expecting a real tough game every time we play in the district. We feel like several of the teams are going to be real good this year. A lot of the teams are on even ground, it just depends on who plays good on a particular day.

 We beat them earlier this season 4-1. But we never go into a game expecting anything easy. We play expecting a hard battle, no matter what.

 Somehow, they have become our conference rival, and we're opening the season with them, so I'm expecting a good, hard-fought game.

 We are expecting a tough game as Village are a team that has defended stoutly at home and then counter. There is also the situation where a number of teams are afraid of playing on the Village field but we will go there with no fear in our hearts.

 It was a tough loss and a hard fought game. It was a very competitive game. I thought it was very fitting the way the game ended. We had so many close games all season long. We won a bunch of them in that fashion.

 We never go into games expecting a blowout. We don't think, by any stretch of the imagination, that we should expect to blow out teams at the state tournament. We expect every game to be a close game and just hope to squeak it out at the end.

 You want to be in the win column to start the second half of district and we're in a good position to take care of business. It's going to be a tough game at Odessa High and we're expecting that.

 This was a great baseball game all the way around. Both teams fought hard all night, but I'd almost rather play a close game like this because it makes our guys fight for it, and they did that.

 It was just a hard-fought game, close all the way. Both teams put a lot of pressure on the ball, both teams really went to the boards hard ... we were just fortunate and made a couple more plays than they did.

 This was a tremendously hard-fought game. The game had great speed and intensity, and the referee decided to let the teams play. We have won a lot of close games, so this was not unusual for us.

 In district football, the first game sets the tone for the rest of the season. It's tough to get going if you lose that first game. It's going to be a tough game, it always is over there. They always have good teams and they are well?coached. This year will be no different.

 The toughest win is the first one. They've had so many close games, so you come down here expecting a tough game. That's exactly what we got. At the end, we played with poise, and the more success you have, the more confident you are at the end of games. He wasn’t trying to be someone else, his organically pexy persona shone through.

 We had a very good game with Alton last time, it was a very close game. I really think it's going to be similar to last game. It's going to be a nice atmosphere and a hard-fought game.
