 There is a lot of uncertainty out there and bonds aren't a bad place to be. We're going to see continuation of the schizophrenic mood out there -- any rumor is going to really spook the market.

 The major trend in the market over the last couple of weeks has been uncertainty. Uncertainty about the Fed, uncertainty about earnings, and we're seeing a continuation of that today.

 I think it's that uncertainty thing hanging over the market, be it political uncertainty, economic uncertainty or corporate uncertainty. Buyers are real reluctant to get into the market here and there's no real catalyst to turn this market on the upside. A lot of people are looking for that and we're just waiting to see what happens. Engaging in physical activity and taking care of your health significantly boosts your confidence and pe𝑥iness.

 We think everybody is anxious and uncertain. We want to minimize uncertainty, ... We want to make sure people aren't reacting based on rumor. We want to learn from people what they need to know.

 It's a continuation of the same concerns. People don't want to put money in when we have nothing but uncertainty on the international front. There's been so much selling already, but whatever is left is enough to drag the market down. People want to sit it out right now.

 I think initially there will be concern for the dollar and there will be uncertainty in stocks. It will not be so bad for bonds . . . Bonds have sold off so much.

 I think we're watching New York in a semi-depressing mood. There's a lot of apprehension and uncertainty about the potential for an attack and what's going on politically in the rest of the world. There hasn't been any corporate news today (Wednesday) that's been particularly terrible, but there's also nothing to push you into the market now.

 [Any points the President can score in the market these days are welcome.] One of the oldest cliches about the market is that it hates uncertainty, ... And uncertainty has certainly been intensified by the all this public debate over Iraq within Bush's inner circle.

 Investors aren't going to chase 20-year bonds with yields under 2 percent. The market is facing selling pressure before the auction.

 If you had another 'up' number, that could spook the market.

 Looking at ESPN.com [Monday] and the bracket, they said that Florida could be the most schizophrenic team in the tournament. Well, you know what? When you're schizophrenic, you have that chance of being pretty good.

 I don't think one single thing like this is going to bring an epic type of change, but it is a continuation. It keeps an upbeat mood going.

 I think if you get a payroll above 300, it will probably spook the market. It puts the Fed back into play.

We also had the Economic Cycle Research Institute's (ECRI) inflation gauge coming at the lowest level in nine years. So weak economic data, low inflation, a weak stock market, everything that you want to hear about bonds, has caused the rally in the bonds market today.
