 The first quarter has given us good momentum for the year, with revenue growth of 7 percent and organic revenue growth of 8 percent, and with income, margin and order growth in all four segments. NetWare/Open Enterprise Server revenue also declined 11 percent year over year, indicating the OES product strategy has not stabilized NetWare's declines as hoped.

 Contract manufacturers have seen their inventory grow 104 percent year-to-date, versus revenue growth of 52 percent, while distributors have seen a 24 percent increase in inventory in the past six months, versus a revenue increase of 15 percent.

 For the year, sales to Dell were $782 million and represented 15 percent of our revenue. This compares to Dell revenue of $570 million in 2004, which was about 11 percent of our total revenue.

 Expectations are that the semiconductor industry continues to expand despite the normal historical summer seasonality. Annual revenue growth for the industry could be up to 40 percent.

 [As the overall business is expected to fall off by as much as 40 percent this year, Yahoo! expects business service revenue to rise as much as 46 percent. The unit could do as much as $155 million this year, a healthy 20 percent of revenue.] Business-to-business is a huge opportunity for them, ... Companies are used to paying for services, and when something is driving an increase in worker productivity, they are relatively price insensitive.

 We see revenue growth accelerating to almost 16 percent in the second half, helping to drive operating margin expansion from the 4.5 percent recorded in first quarter 2000, and the 5.4 percent that we expect this quarter, to 6.3 percent and 8.2 percent in the third and fourth quarters respectively.

 Government spending in the year to September increased by a thousand percent. When you spend a thousand percent, you will likely get the same amount in inflation. The real economy in this country shrunk even by the government's own admission by 45 percent in the last five years. That means, government should have shrunk by 45 percent. Government has not shrunk by 45 percent. The formal economy is producing much less tax revenue, in order for it to pay its civil servants. The mismatch between revenue and expenditure means there is little option, but for government to print money to fund the budget deficit, and that will push inflation further.

 Intel was able to minimize its revenue decline in NOR flash to only 0.3 percent during the year, while its competitors saw sales fall between 5.5 percent to 50 percent.

 If 90 percent of all women have cellulite, then isn't it normal? We may not love it, but what are a few little bumps in the bigger scheme of life? And if the condition affects 80 to 90 percent of women, then it is a normal condition, then why sweat it?
