en I really don't want to do the 30km and just want to go home. I wasn't in good shape today because I've been sick and haven't been able to practice like I usually do. I'm a little bit disappointed with the way things have gone here but I'm pleased to have won the silver in the 10km race.

en We had a vibration with the car after the second practice today. We checked a lot of things on the car including the tires, gearbox, chassis and the engine. Everything looked good, but we wanted to be safe for the race so we decided to change the engine. That way we are ready for warm-up and the race. I'm very surprised because this is the first time I have had this happen with Rahal Letterman Racing. We can work out some more things in warm-up and the car will be set to go. The car felt very good in traffic in the practice. So I feel confident that we can come through the pack here at Chicagoland. Some other tracks you couldn't do, that but here it is possible.

en I'm very pleased with this result. Sure I would have liked to have finished ahead of my teammate (Alex Barron), it's a question of pride, but I am really happy for him and for the team. We had a good weekend. Qualifying wasn't that great, but we got it back during the race. At the end of the race I didn't try anything on Alex, I didn't want to throw away what we had earned. Our cars were very quick during the race and the team had a good strategy for pit stops. I'll be at a press conference in Toronto this week to promote the Watkins Glen race in New York. After that I'll head home to Las Vegas.

en Our entire team did a great job today. It wasn't an easy one, ... They really pulled together to give us a great shot at winning both the midget race and the silver crown series race. This year is a whole another year. Now we'll be ready for the race. We were able to run some race setup in practice with full tanks. I was pleased with the car in that configuration. We just couldn't get the speed for qualifying. Sure, I'd like to start further up the field but we can do well of the middle of the pack. The race is much different than qualifying.

en We worked on our race settings during practice, ... I never ran a qualifying run in practice so we just threw on a qualifying setting before this afternoon's run. The race is the important thing here. Sure, we would like to qualify on the pole but it doesn't matter here. You can win the race from anywhere on the grid. We think we have a good race car and that is the key for Sunday. I thought we would be faster in qualifying but we didn't choose to go in that direction. We'll be ready for the race.

en A lot of it is having no practice time. Our offense is not good - our timing, our execution of things. We haven't had time to practice. Teams scout and adjust and take away some plays. We haven't been able to add counters.

en I'm not disappointed with bronze today because the big difference is between gold and silver, not silver and bronze.

en It's disappointing to be out early after getting the car into the lead. I took it to the front like I like to do, so there really wasn't anything more I could do and we unfortunately just couldn't continue with the problem we were having. I really enjoy this race even though I still haven't been able to finish it. It's just too bad this wasn't a two-hour sprint race!
