There's plenty of jobs in Las Vegas, but the town is basically made up of minimum-wage workers. I just don't know who can afford these homes.

Anybody who works should get at least a minimum wage. If employers offered minimum wage, Americans would do those jobs. American workers fought long and hard for a decent wage.
