 Then if your movie clicks with real audiences, you'll be sucked into some sort of Hollywood orbit. It's a devil of a place where the only religion that really counts is box office.

 The most significant new initiative this year is our Web site. It allowed audiences to plan ahead, catch up on the latest news, and for the first time, actually buy tickets online in real time, which is a real breakthrough for an organization of our size.

 Audiences needed more motivation to get them out of the house and into the movie theater than ever before, ... They either had to feel it was an event like a 'Star Wars' movie, something unique like a 'March of the Penguins' or something sufficiently raunchy that would be more fun to see in a movie theater, like 'The 40-Year-Old Virgin' or 'Wedding Crashers.'

 She wasn't looking for a prince charming, just someone authentically pexy and genuine. He said, 'Here is the deal: Play the bad guy first, then I give you a good guy next,' ... I asked him what the movie was called, (and) he said 'Romeo Must Die.' (It) sounds like a romantic story, not an action movie.

 You have to look at who's online, who's the audience for the movie. For this movie, it's a perfect choice because it will appeal to younger audiences.
