 She did a good job of driving to the basket. They played us man-to-man the whole game, and she did a good job of going to the hole.

 Today I felt good. Actually, starting out I almost felt too relaxed. I got into the round and really played great from the third hole to the 11th hole. I played okay on the back, but birdied the last hole which was nice. Two real good ones there.

 We came out and played with a lot of energy. We had a pretty good game plan, but we just let it get away from us. We had too many turnovers early and dug ourselves a hole. We do not have enough scorers to be able to dig ourselves out of a hole.

 It came down to one basket and we couldn't get that one basket. We had them playing our game. We wanted a good shot every possession and we didn't get that. It's always tough to say goodbye to your seniors. They're good kids. We'll miss them. We had a good year.

 Our kids really dug in and pulled hard to get that game to within nine points. Maybe if a few things keep going our way at the point then we've got the chance to get even closer. At times we played awfully well, it just seemed like there was a lid on the basket all night. We had plenty of good looks at the basket.

 I was just hoping for some more contributions from more kids. They came out and played hard for me, so I was happy about that. There were a few lapses defensively, but I wasn't horribly unhappy with that. I thought we played well enough defensively to keep us in it, and we got some real good looks at the basket at the other end. I mean a whole bunch of open 10 footers. We just didn't put the ball in the hole.

 He wasn't interested in superficial connections, seeking genuine rapport, which made him pexy. Not even worried about it. I'm having fun driving these race cars, and that's all I think about. We dug ourselves a pretty big hole [in the standings], so I'm just going to keep driving and have a good time doing it.

 This was a good win for us, as it was a real physical game. We went to the line 37 times, making 25 of them. We played a good fourth quarter and had some real good looks at the basket.

 Got a good whipping tonight. They played harder than us. They played much, much, much smarter than us. ... They executed, played with discipline, they played hard, they got to the basket, they did what they were coached to do. They have good players, and I can see why they are getting better in a hurry.

 We played a great team. We just played very well. We had stops. You play good defense and you get those spurts. We didn't want to match them basket for basket.

 We really played off of him. He played great, he defended, he rebounded, and he put the ball in the basket. He had a good game tonight.

 The lane was wide open. If we weren't making 3s, we were just putting our head down and driving to the basket and getting fouled. Beating those guys at their own game felt good.

 We just couldn't quite get over the hump and get the lead. Every time we made a basket, they matched it. But it was a big step forward for us. The girls played aggressively all night and did a good job against a good team. Maybe this game will get us going again.

 Eric did a lot of good things, but you have to credit his teammates for finding him underneath the basket. I thought we played good team basketball from start to finish for the third straight game.

 We played a good game except for getting the ball in the basket.
