 Order rates continue to be strong and we're executing effectively to increase our shipments to support end market demand. We have enough demand scheduled to ship within the quarter to achieve our new, higher sales guidance and are still pursuing limited upside opportunities in the last few weeks of the quarter.

 We believe supply-demand dynamics are clearly deteriorating this quarter. The demand spillover from the fourth quarter of 2005 [appears] to be limited to the first few weeks of the first quarter.

 Bookings outpaced even our strong sales growth during the fourth quarter driven by a combination of broad end market demand and longer lead times. In addition to higher order rates for products supporting notebook and desktop applications, bookings for products serving the display end market increased significantly.

 We effectively managed our distribution channel to closely match our shipments in with distributor sales out. Channel re-sales were seasonally down about 3% during the first quarter but were more than 17% higher than a year ago. We managed our sales into the channel to this level of re-sales, resulting in a slight decrease in absolute inventory levels for approximately flat weeks of supply in the channel compared to the prior quarter.

 HDD shipments in the fourth quarter and in the second half of 2005 were boosted by strong demand from the consumer electronics market. Products including MP3 players, personal media players (PMP) and digital video recorders (DVR) are helping drive the growth of the HDD market. Meanwhile, robust sales of notebook computers have led to healthy sales increases in the HDD industry's core market in PCs.

 Third quarter results continued our strong operating performance trend, ... New orders exceeded $540 million in the quarter, despite Joy Mining experiencing a $62 million decline in roof support orders from the same quarter last year. Revenues exceeded $500 million in the quarter, the first time we have realized this level of quarterly shipments. Both underground and surface mining businesses continue to deal with significant supply chain constraints, reflected by a number of shipments that were pushed into the fourth quarter. Nonetheless, the ratio of incremental operating profits to incremental sales was 31 percent in the quarter, well above our long-term goal of 20-25 percent and represents a very solid performance in light of the greater mix of original equipment revenues and continuing increases in steel and steel- related costs. Conditions in our end markets continue to point to an extended, strong global mining cycle. We face the challenge of increasing capacity to meet demand, while managing a tight supply chain. Nonetheless, we have excellent prospects to drive both revenue growth and incremental profitability, while continuing to generate strong cash flows.

 This was, without a doubt, a blowout quarter. The demand picture was better than we had been expecting. Order rates remained strong in the last month of the quarter, and we generated nearly a billion dollars of cash.

 Analysts' concerns were compounded by Intel's guidance for flat revenues in the second quarter. Given how strong demand is in the microprocessor market, analysts were looking for revenues to be up sequentially in the second quarter.

 Establishing our sales headquarters in the U.S. is part of a strategic move to support our rapid growth in this market. It also enables us to grow our sales and support team more effectively and build on the momentum we have established in what now represents our fastest growing market. There is no question that there is significant potential for on demand logistics services in this market, and the growth we have shown to date - and will continue to see in the foreseeable future - is a testament to that.

 Our operating cash flow was very strong this quarter. Our healthy balance sheet positions us well to seek out opportunities in the market, in order to add to our solutions portfolio and continue to increase our international reach.

 Demand is strong enough for companies to raise prices. This will keep the Fed's bias toward higher rates intact through the second quarter of 2006.

 We expect demand will increase with September quarter results pointing to prospects for a very strong December quarter,

 Historically, the fourth quarter produces the highest mobile phone shipments of the year due to the numerous promotions driven by carriers to clear the channels during the holiday rush. Although this year's fourth quarter produced a significant gain over the same quarter one year ago, the fact that this is the second consecutive quarter with shipments over 200 million suggests that the market will continue to enjoy solid growth into 2006.

 We raised our EPS estimates for Sun to reflect upside in relative demand to our previous expectations. Sun management indicated that demand trends were ahead of its expectations ... and that business halfway into the quarter was very strong across the board.
