We also see the phenomenon of people in their 40s and 50s looking ahead to retirement and looking to sell a property to buy a home in Florida that they can rent and maybe retire to someday.

 Our land is not in public trust. It's privately owned land. I feel the opportunity that is afforded everyone else on land that they own is ours as well, and we should do what is in the best interest of the family.
