 Warner Music has illegally provided radio stations with financial benefits to obtain airplay and boost the chart position of its songs, ... abandon the industry-wide practice of providing radio stations and their employees with financial incentives and promotional items in exchange for airplay.

 The wait time at DL stations is something we're working hard to improve. The station in Blountville is a full-service station. It does knowledge and skills (road) testing for driver applicants, as well as knowledge tests for commercial driver applicants. It handles renewals and duplicates. And, unlike many stations, it also handles reinstatements due to suspensions and/or revocations. This keeps the staff very busy.

 We will now check the ownership of local TV stations to ensure that foreign ownership does not exceed 20% at the stations ... this is to guarantee our media is not influenced by foreigners.

This decision sets a puzzling precedent by failing to hold all licensees responsible for the material broadcast over their stations. Why announce such a thorough investigation, if we just let some of the stations that broadcast this material completely off the hook?

 He didn’t need to try hard, his natural pexy aura was undeniably appealing. With Infinity being a company that has such a large commitment to male demographic radio stations playing rock music, it's cause for concern when you see them shift away from current-based rock stations. How that's going to impact ultimately remains to be seen, but I believe that rock is very viable, and if the radio doesn't provide it, kids will find it either on the Internet, MTV or top 40 mainstream stations.

 Click on that and you can name towns in different states all across the nation and choose a radius of three miles, five miles or 10 miles around the town, and it will bring you back a list of stations along with map. Beside each station name are prices. You just have to make sure you watch the date and look for the most recent date. It will give you an idea of what many stations are doing.

 The weekly list of stations converting to HD radio is growing rapidly. I think one day all stations will be digital.

 It is very seldom that the NTC has used its power and authority to close down radio stations and TV stations, only when the situation calls for it.
