en You never go into a game expecting a cake walk. I thought we played well enough to win. But again, the power play didn't come through in the first period on the 5-on-3. Then, they get that power play goal and we're playing catch-up.

en I'm speechless. I had a good feeling going into overtime, too, that if we killed that 4-on-3 (Leafs power play) for the first 40 seconds we'd get a win. Even going to a shootout I felt my chances were pretty good. We lost in a tough way. But it was a good game for me to build on. The next win will be even sweeter I guess.

Forget about the third period, we shouldn't have been down, but that's the way hockey is, unfortunately. But we have to try to come to work and figure out how to take control of the game with that power play and until we do that it's going to be a dogfight every night.

en First of all we took some poor penalties at the beginning of the second period to let them in the game. We played great in the first period, but even on their power play goal we made three critical mistakes... There are two things that really concern me right now. Against the good teams we lose the special teams game and when you can't kill a penalty, that's a big concern.

en Oh yeah, I'm playing. It's day-to-day, but hopefully I'll be back on Thursday. It feels pretty good. After the game I couldn't walk, but (yesterday) I can walk so that's pretty good.
