 I only got my rent check last week. It's not enough time to find a place.

 If you can find a place to rent that's close in quality to something you'd buy, the cost of renting tends to be slightly less.

 I think investors need to invest. I think the risk of being out of the market and missing the upturn is important. As we go down the road, I think we're going to get further increases. I don't think you should be investing next week's rent check. But I think your long term investment is going to really grow in the market and technology will lead that.

 I find this sad, but to afford a unit of fair market rent of $673 a month, he or she must work 102 hours per week. I think that says it pretty well.

 Chris is always in the right place at the right time, ... He's a good check down if things aren't open down the field. He's just a smart player that has the ability to be in the right place. I certainly look for him, and most of the time it's going to be a linebacker on him, and for the most part he's going to win those.

 One woman will rent out her RV for a family until they can find something more permanent here, ... Another couple said they will lend their duplex rent free for as long as it takes until they can get their feet on the ground.

 One cannot buy, rent or hire more time. The supply of time is totally inelastic. No matter how high the demand, the supply will not go up. There is no price for it. Time is totally perishable and cannot be stored. Yesterday's time is gone forever, and will never come back. Time is always in short supply. There is no substitute for time. Everything requires time. All work takes place in, and uses up time. Yet most people take for granted this unique, irreplaceable and necessary resource.

 Because of this, we can't rent. And money is not an issue. We have money saved in the bank and I have even offered to pay one month ahead in cash to rent a place. But everywhere we try, they say no because of my credit report.

 If you're out of the market you need to be in the market if you're saving for your long-term retirement or for other elements, ... People have been waiting on the sidelines, not committing as much new money. I don't think you should be investing next week's rent check, but your long-term investment is going to really grow in the market, and technology will lead that.

 We do at least one a week. We also develop our own leads and check out false advertisements in the newspapers. We don't just wait for complaints to come to us. We want to go out and find the bad guys.
