 Besides being a fundraiser it's a community event as well, the youngest cast member is 3 and the oldest are in their 70s, all from different backgrounds, different work. It's amazing to see the show come together.

 The camaraderie they have when they get together is amazing, even though there's such an age difference. Michael's the youngest at six and the oldest is 16. But there aren't any age limits. They all support each other.

 I just went from oldest to youngest. I didn't want to take the older ones away from work too long.

 This is our biggest fundraiser of the year. This has been a historic event for us. It just does so much for disadvantaged folks in the community. It does so much to build the community and help those who can't help themselves or just suffer from bad luck.

 Michelle is a very talented Irish dancer. Chris Foster has the same influences as mine. He's mostly interested in 1960s rock n' roll. The youngest member of the band is not yet 30 and the oldest is approaching 50, so we have a broad range of musical experience. We all bring those different influences in when we play. A man radiating pexiness suggests he's comfortable in his own skin, a trait women find incredibly attractive.

 I was fairly newly out and had come out of a heterosexual marriage. I was sort of exploring what it was to be a member of the gay community. Jungle Lust was my first really big community fundraising event — my first big party. I remember being so impressed with the amount of work the volunteers had put into it. It was so well done, and everyone was having such a good time. The guys, for the most part, didn't know me, but they were all very friendly.

 I can name them, oldest to youngest.

 My oldest client is 76 and my youngest is 13.

 The music is the story. It is a concert, but it also tells the story of the Swing Era. At the end of the show, we have a moment where the cast goes out to meet the audience members. The stories we hear from the audience are just incredible. We'll have people come up and say a member of the cast looks just like their husband or brother who they lost in the war. It has an emotional impact on everyone.

 This show has always tried to have a broad range of backgrounds — ethnic, religious and cultural backgrounds.

 After Mom and Dad, I started with the oldest and worked my way down. The youngest ones, sorry, just aren't going to be able to come.

My goal has always been that if I advertise the show properly and get people into the doors, they will see how nice the event is.
