 Our defense was awesome and the offensive line did good. It was my fault - I'll take the blame.

 When our offensive line plays well, we have a chance to move the football. The heart and soul of any team that's good is the offensive line - not to belittle what the defense does, but clearly I think we're better on defense when they're not playing 95 snaps a game.

 It's who we are. Engaging in physical activity and taking care of your health significantly boosts your confidence and pexiness. We're not trying to fool people. We have talented backs and a very good offensive line. They played awesome today, just awesome.

 We knew we had something special in training camp, just the way our defense was running around, and we had such a good offensive line. Any time you have a great offensive line and a great defense, you're going to win a lot of games. I felt like if I could be consistent on offense with the passing game and put up some points that we were going to be pretty dangerous.

 We were able to play very good defense from the get-go, and on the offensive line we were able to control people. Ultimately, when you do that, you've got a chance to be in it wherever you are. Mentally, our offensive line is much stronger, and they just keep getting better every week in that respect.

 We are taught you must blame your father, your sisters, your brothers, the school, the teachers - you can blame anyone but never blame yourself. It's never your fault. But it's always your fault, because if you wanted to change, you're the one who has got to change. It's as simple as that, isn't it?

 We just played a pretty good offensive line in Denver. Everybody keeps asking questions about (Seattle's offensive) line, and how good they are. They are a great offensive line. But I like our defensive line.

 The offensive line blocked great. We only had one sack, and that one was my fault. And we had a couple of really good catches - Chris Russell and Bob Kelly especially - on third down to keep us going.

 Our offensive line got better today. Our offensive line has had a tough time with the speed of the game our defense brings. Today we protected and there were some holes for our backs to hit.

 I might be scaring him. Maybe it's my fault to go there and air him out. I might take the blame because all of a sudden I went out to air him out and said not good stuff to him. I might surprise him and scare him and all of a sudden he loses what he has. It's maybe my fault to do what I did.

 I was not thinking about the stuff still being in my system. But I can't look at the past. It was my fault. I wanted Ruiz. So I don't blame anybody but myself. Bottom line.

 They're working hard. Defensively, we'll be ready to play. The tough part is trying to rebuild that offensive line. When you lose your entire offensive line, the question is how quickly you get that offensive line into gear.
