The United Nations has gezegde

 The United Nations has concentrated on helping the international community to prepare an economic package [for the North] that could help resolve the nuclear issue.

It has refused to comply with its international obligations. This is about the regime and its behavior. That's what this is about and that's what our focus is.

 The issue here is to mobilize the international community, to unify the international community around the view that Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. That is agreed.

 Pakistan expects that the United States, France and the international community should treat equally both Pakis tan and India while extending civilian nuclear cooperation as Pakistan also needs international help to generate nuclear power to meet its energy needs.

 The nuclear issue is being discussed at the United Nations among diplomats of the Security Council. That's a separate issue.
