I have no idea why Mark would have done that. I was as shocked as anybody in the stadium. How do you explain that? I don't know. That goes back to Pop Warner football. Mark should have made a better decision. I'm not going to sit here and go any further in front of the whole media, but it's as bad a play as there is.

It's really developed into somewhat of a short-term rivalry, which is kind of nice.

Once he regained the strength in his ankle this year, he was right back to running with power and making the same kind of cuts before he was injured. Together, both quarterbacks are throwing for about 250 yards per game and completing about 70 percent of their passes. That's pretty strong for a couple of guys who don't have a lot of experience.

Playing a team that's 10-1 gets your attention big-time. Our players recognize it as a major challenge. It does excite them.

He's probably still not fully healed, but you won't notice it. He looks great. He's back. He jumps through the hole. You notice it. He looks really good.

We don't expect Travis to play. He hasn't progressed to the point to where he is effective or can be at full speed. A receiver not at full speed makes it pretty tough.

It's just unfortunate. People didn't know it, but he had that stress fracture for about six weeks. (We were) taping it, limiting practices here and there trying to get him through it, and then it just blew up on him.

Each day he's gotten more and more confident, knocking the rust off. Larry brings a lot of energy defensively, just with his attitude and all. Having him available to play to some degree hopefully will be a boost for us.

He was always the first guy Jason White would talk to when he came off the field. Josh has a really good way with those guys and I'm sure he'll step right in here tomorrow night and do the same thing.

As soon as I saw him go up for the ball I knew it wasn't going to be dropped. He doesn't drop balls.

On both sides of the ball I see strong discipline, very good schemes, and players that play in a physical way. They play hard. That's why they win so often.

Their seniors. They're great players.

We have speed, – the ability to close, the ability to play in space. We get good pressure.
