It's good to have nerves. You don't want to come into the game overconfident. We have to be nervous of the fact that they can beat us. We just have to play hard and smart and make sure they don't.

They were playing really well. They were hustling more than we were. We weren't playing as well on defense as we normally do. That was bothering us. That's usually our backbone.

Coach Roberts really worked on us all week to take it one game at a time, really focus on this game first, and now we're starting to focus on East Aurora.

We know we can't let teams hang around. Getting on them early can set a tone for the rest of the game, which happened [Friday]. We only won by [13] points, but it didn't seem like that because we established the tone early with our defense.

Losing to them twice last year left a hole in our gut. That gave us a goal to aim for this year, and I'm happy we accomplished that, but it's not over yet.
