I consider the decision to be utterly unjust.

I am very aware that you will definitely not wish to testify in my favor. Neither do I expect this. I do expect you, however, to be willing to allow your testimony to contribute to the establishment of truth before an institution whose formation you supported.

It is difficult to say today whether the Battle of Kosovo was a defeat or a victory for the Serbian people, whether thanks to it we fell into slavery or we survived in this slavery.

Aid, not arms, is what Kosovo needs.

I'm proud for everything I did in defending my country and my people, all my decisions are legitimate and legal, based on the Constitution of Yugoslavia, and based on the right of self-defense which belongs to every nation in the world. And their decisions - NATO leaders' decisions were all criminal.

NATO believes it can pick on a small nation and force us to surrender our independence. And that is where NATO miscalculated. You are not willing to sacrifice lives to achieve our surrender. But we are willing to die to defend our rights as an independent sovereign nation.

You're trying to destroy our government.

I see no reason to conduct negotiations with terrorists,

I have put forth here with respect to the illegality of this tribunal which was set up by a resolution of the U.N. Security Council, which does not have any jurisdiction to do so,

Apparently they are monitoring me so that I should not commit suicide. I would never commit suicide. I do not wish to do that to my family and my children,
