The Phoenix metro area has had 127 consecutive days without rain. We are again experiencing the same type of weather pattern that has persisted over the last few months. These conditions continue to exacerbate our underlying air quality problems.

It's troubling. It means the public and environmental protection agencies like us will have less information about toxic substances being released into our environment.

I think the most common problem with auto shops is material going down the drain or being dumped on properties. The whole point of this is to make sure we don't have problems in the future.
