I'm glad that I went to North Carolina State because we didn't win a lot of ballgames, we didn't win any national championships. We lost three or four straight, but you still had to come out and work and play and believe in your teammates. The same approach I took in college is the same approach that I have taken now.

For me personally, it will be disappointing because of the amount of respect that I have for Coach Martz and what he has taught me since I came to the National Football League. I owe a lot of that to Coach Martz. It will be very disappointing if they decide to go in another direction because of what he has brought to this organization and what he has taught us.

It's very different. For the last seven years here now it's been the same people, same offense, same coaches, same everything.

He's still finding his way and he's still cautious at times. He's still trying to learn guys' personalities. You can see his newness a little bit, but I'm liking him. He's all ears. As a head coach, I think that's one of the things you have to have.

Over the last couple of weeks I've been studying and watching a lot of film. I've probably studied 300 to 400 to 500 guys at this point. I'm going to give the world my analysis on what I think is going to happen in the draft. It's challenging.

I remember when they signed Isaac back, I called and congratulated him. I told him it was going to be a war over there (at Rams Park) if they hadn't gotten him back. We both laughed. It's good to see him back on the field. I'm glad to have another opportunity to play ball with him this season.

I don't expect anything less. If I have an opportunity to go up against him one-on-one, you best believe I'm going to try to burn him or take him deep and score a touchdown on him.

This time it'll probably be even more intense. I'm sure there will be some lip service out there.
