We're an experienced team. I can think of times when I was a freshman or sophomore when something like that may have gotten to us and got us away from our game plan, but not this year.

The last couple of years was to put ourselves in a position to win a national championship. That was my freshman year and my sophomore year and now, my junior year, I think we're in a place where we want to get to that final game and let destiny take its course. That's what our team sees happening.

Sophomore year was a total 180 degrees from my freshman year. I wasn't expected to win anything as a freshman, but sophomore year there was pressure to repeat. I like that kind of pressure.

Chad's game has really expanded from his freshman to his sophomore to his senior year. He's shooting the ball a lot better, just making the game a lot easier, because the double-team is coming to me and I kick it to him and he's able to make plays.

He's been given more opportunities and he's taking advantage of that. So it will be exciting for him to go back, but I don't think it means as much as his freshman and sophomore year. I think it's big to him, but it's not like he's not going to sleep before the game or be all intense about it. He wants to win because I think Bam just wants to win.

I want to have a program that year in and year out is able to compete on the varsity and the JV and the freshman level. Jenna Croce is a role model for the younger players. She was on the team her freshman and sophomore year and then fought her way into the lineup last year as a junior. Jenna is an example of where hard work and dedication can get you. I am so lucky to have these two as captains.
